The location is unbeatable, right at the base of the cabriolet lift. The room was comfortable and clean. A bit confusing with the layout, but the ski-in/out access was a fantastic addition. Just be ready for a bit of a walk to the gondola. Great family vibe overall!

We really enjoyed our stay! We loved taking a dip in the heated pool and relaxing in the jacuzzi after a long day. Only downside was we had to wait a bit for our room to be ready, but it was nothing major. Definitely aiming to come back!

good location but uncomfortable ground floor room

The location is superb , with easy access to local attractions. My room had a decent size , yet the ground floor placement led to lack of privacy. One couple in my group enjoyed a lovely view from the third floor, setting a contrast with my experience.

Our stay was a delight! The location was prime, just a hop away from awesome local spots like Microbrasserie La Diable and Le P'tit Caribou. The room was spacious, and having a cozy spot to make our own meals was a game-changer!

Our family of five had an amazing time here! The location was ideal, just steps from the main square and ski rentals. The kids enjoyed the hot tub after a day on the slopes. Don't miss the delicious breakfast options that fuelled our adventures! Pro tip, ask for an animal spotting spot at night.

Unfortunately, the room I booked differed significantly from the pictures online, leading to disappointment as it felt older and less modern. The hot tub was also a letdown, being poorly maintained and often overrun with noisy children, which made it hard to relax. Additionally, the elevator situation was frustrating. it broke down briefly during my stay, causing a minor inconvenience, and I had to navigate some noise from the heating systems located just outside my window.
